This episode features three main characters: mercenary Maya, the dwarf Lulu, and the shrine maiden Kaguya.

First is Maya, captured by the Black Dog Mercenaries and used to entertain the soldiers. However, a magical mirror revealed her feelings of love for Walter, the mercenary leader who once saved her, leading to her psychological breakdown.

Next is Lulu, the chieftain of the halflings, a race mostly consisting of females who are said to mate with various species. Curious, the mercenary leader decides to introduce three increasingly larger trolls to mate with Lulu in public. This is probably the most lively scene in the Kuroinu series.

Finally, there's Kaguya, the shrine maiden with special powers as a devotee. No one can penetrate her sacred hole except through anal, but Walter brings two werebeasts to violate her both ways, breaking her seal, and her former comrade curses her with magic aphrodisiacs, turning her into a host for insects.

Episode three clearly reserves the spotlight for Kaguya as shrine maiden characters are quite popular, with exceptional voice acting making it another practical episode.
